Shipping

All our products are shipped from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method with DPD. We offer free shipping in the BENELUX for orders above € 60. Below this amount, the following prices will be applied:

BE: 6.9 EUR (home delivery) or 5.9 (collection point)

NL: 7,97 EUR (home delivery) or 7,44 EUR (pick-up point) 

Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except public holidays) at 11 am.

Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. 

Returns

You are not satisfied or made a mistake with your order?

No problem. We will take your order back! 

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt (only in original condition). The full amount of the order will then be refunded to your account (unless you choose one of the other options). The return costs will be deducted from this.

We made a mistake? 

You have the right to return your order (in its original condition) within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount to your account. The return costs are to be borne by us.
