General terms and conditions - Green Points

Purpose

The loyalty programme of Marion Maakt (hereinafter referred to as "Green Points") is a programme managed by Marion Maakt, located at Dorpsstraat 5A, 9052 Ghent.

This program allows you to accumulate Green Points and receive a coupon code every quarter. Depending on the number of points saved, this coupon code will have a different value. With this coupon code, you can make purchases on the website of Marion Maakt. This coupon code is valid on the entire website, except workshops. The coupon code cannot be combined with other discounts.

Subscription to the loyalty programme of Marion Maakt

Marion Maakt Customers are automatically members of the Green Points programme. The vouchers that are distributed are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. The discount code you receive is a personal code. The vouchers have no market value and cannot be used for any compensation or reimbursement.

Personal data

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to send your discount code. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Furthermore, any client (or his legal representative) may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data relating to him at the aforementioned address.

Operation of the loyalty programme of Marion Maakt

You are automatically part of the Green Points loyalty programme when you make a purchase. You can check your Green Points status at any time via your profile.

Collecting Green Points:

You get 1 Green Point for every euro spent.
If you buy a product and leave a review, you will receive 10 Green Points.
If you bring a friend, you will both receive 100 Green Points (when you create an account).

Using Green Points:

At the end of each quarter, your points are added up.
For every 10 points you receive a 1 euro discount.
You will receive an e-mail with a personalised discount code.
You can use your voucher on the website of Marion Maakt (valid on everything except workshops).
Your discount code is valid for 20 days and the minimum amount of the purchase must be at least 4 times the value of the coupon.

Unused discount codes and points expire and cannot be used again. You cannot transfer points to the next quarter.

Suspension / Deactivation

The Marion Maakt loyalty programme is a programme designed to provide benefits to our customers who make purchases on the website. The customer is supposed to respect the general conditions.

Accordingly, Marion Maakt reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the Green Points programme in the event of abuse by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

fraud or attempted theft by the customer;
actions that disrupt the operation of Marion Maakt committed by the customer;
an abnormally high number of transactions in a short period of time (one to several days);
a payment incident that is not resolved within one month after a reminder is sent;
non-compliance with the general terms and conditions.

Liability

Marion Maakt cannot be held liable for any consequences (direct or indirect) of the incorrect functioning of the Green Points programme.

Marion Maakt will at all times do its best to ensure that the customer retains his or her Green Points after a malfunction.
